The following information was provided by the Ames Police Department. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty.

• Vincent Munoz, 2450 Lincoln Way, was arrested for his third offense of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, Jan. 26. He was taken to Story County Jail.

• Stay Lynn Comstock, 1451 Wilson, Des Moines, was arrested for driving under suspension, Jan. 26. She was later released after posting a $650 surety bond.

• Michael P. Carr, 32, 3109 Scott, Des Moines, was arrested for three counts of possession of stolen property and possession of burglary tools, Jan. 26. He was later taken to Story County Jail.

• Bruce Clifford Petty, 48, 1116 39th St., West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant, Jan. 27. He was later released on $175 bond.

• Shawn Paul Mahoney, 6828 NW 52nd Court, Johnston, was arrested on a warrant for burglary in the first degree and assault, Jan. 27. He was later taken to Story County Jail.

• James A. Brenden, 22, 3023 Lincoln Way, was arrested for driving under suspension, Jan. 28. He was later released on a citation.

• Jay B. Ellis, 25, 127 1/2 Welch Ave., was arrested on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of prohibited acts and violation of tax stamp laws, Jan. 29. He was later transported to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

• Michael Clint Findley, 36, 103 Ash Ave. #B1, was arrested for driving under suspension, Jan. 29. He was later released on a citation.

• Tim Evans, 26, 20266 105th St., Earlham, was arrested for public intoxication, Jan. 30. He later pleaded guilty and paid a $50 fine.

• Eric Hoveland, 32, 1825 U Ave., Woodward, was arrested for public intoxication, Jan. 30. He was later released on $170 bond.

• Daniel Paul Vansoelen, 35, 1007 Roosevelt Ave., was arrested for public intoxication, Jan. 30. He was later released on a citation.

• Matthew Alan Heintz, 19, 512 F Ave., Nevada, was arrested for forgery, Jan. 30. He was later released on a citation.

• Jeremy Lee Thompson, 19, 2209 Barr Dr., was arrested for theft in the fifth degree, from Hy-Vee, 3800 W. Lincoln Way, Jan. 30. He was later cited and released.

• Denise Smith, 20, 326 Walnut Ave., was arrested for minor on the premises at The Zone, 127 Main St., Jan. 30. She was later cited and released.

• Carrie Gilbert, 18, 1141 28th St., West Des Moines, was arrested for possession of alcohol underage, Jan. 31. She was later cited and released.

• Eric Stibal, 18, 140 Lynn Ave., was arrested for possession of alcohol underage, Jan. 31. He was later cited and released.

• Nicole Wheeler, 20, 227 Gray Ave., was arrested for minor on the premises at The Dean’s List, 2522 Chamberlain Ave., Jan. 31. She was later cited and released.

• Aaron Bradley Kain, 23, 1210 Office Park Rd. #33, West Des Moines, was arrested for public intoxication, Jan. 31. He later pleaded guilty, was fined $90 and released.

• Joseph Shawn Kain, 19, 202 S. Marshall, Prairie City, was arrested for minor on the premises at The Dean’s List, 2522 Chamberlain Ave., Jan. 31. He later pleaded guilty, was fined $90 and released.

• Sean Joseph John Copperstone, 22, 102 S. Maple, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and on a Hamilton county warrant for failure to appear, Jan. 31. He was later released after posting a $1,000 surety bond.

• Renae Elizabeth Hunting, 23, 515 S. Hyland Ave. #5, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, Jan. 31. She was later released on a citation.

• William Wayne Highland, Jr., 39, 1719 3rd St., Boone, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, Jan. 31. He was later released on a citation.

• Darren James Lewis, 22, 220 E. 9th St., was arrested for a third offense of aggravated public intoxication, Jan. 31. He was later taken to the Story County jail.

• Nancy Ann Hayes, 35, 607 8th St., was arrested for expired registration, Jan. 31. She was later cited and released.

• Tina Marie Hughes, 20, 1230 Harding Ave., was cited for violation of the lap dancing ordinance at Blondie’s, 520 S. Duff Ave., Jan. 31.

• Roldolfo Sosa Garcia, 27, 104D University Village, was cited for violation of the lap dancing ordinance, Jan. 31.

• Shirley Jean Barnes, 32, 1119 Curtis Ave., was arrested for driving under suspension, Feb. 1. She was later released on a citation.

• Michael Lawrence Berch, 24, 517 N. John Wayne Dr., Winterset, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, Feb. 1. He was later released on a judge’s order.

• Thomas Kitt, 19, no address given, was arrested for providing alcohol to a minor, Feb. 1. He was later cited and released.

• Anthony Seidl, 18, no address given, was arrested for providing alcohol to a minor, Feb. 1. He was later cited and released.

• Mark Seidl, 20, no address given, was arrested for providing alcohol to a minor, Feb. 1. He was later cited and released.

• Benjamin Wilson, 20, no address given, was arrested for possession of alcohol underage, Feb. 1. He was later cited and released.

• John Dirksen, 18, no address given, was arrested for possession of alcohol underage, Feb. 1. He was later cited and released.

• Basem John Gabal, 23, 1005 SE Kensington, Ankeny, was arrested on a warrant for disorderly conduct, Feb. 1. He was later released on a judge’s order.

• Thomas Ronald Sievers, 26, 1006 S. Dayton Ave. #2, was arrested for burglary in the third degree and aggravated domestic assault, Feb. 2. He was later taken to Story County Jail.

• Brian Hackey, 27, 225 N. Hyland Ave. #6, was arrested on a warrant, Feb. 2. He was later taken to Story County Jail.

• Jerry J. Bradie, 39, 10 Maple #222, Nevada, was arrested on a warrant, Feb. 2. He was later released on a judge’s order.

• Arthur Stewart Davis, 28, 1472 Hawthorn Ct., was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance and violation of tax stamp laws, Feb. 2. He is currently being held by the Ames Police Department.

• Jason Michael Miller, 18, 109 Division St., Boone, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, Feb. 2. He was later released on a citation.
