The following information was provided by the Ames Police Department. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty.

• Ryan Patrick Harkin, 21, 618 Duff Ave., was arrested for providing alcohol to a minor, Jan. 15. He was later released on a citation.

• Scott Richard Neff, 25, 3236 Ellis, was arrested on a contempt of court warrant, Jan. 15. He was later released on $25 bond.

• Russell David Ameter, 23, 440 Welch Ave.,was arrested on contempt of court warrants, Jan. 15. He was later released on $300 bond.

• Robert K. Pekarek, 26093 County Highway 54, Onawa, was arrested for public intoxication, Jan. 16. He was released on $165 bond.

• John D. Sodders, 52, 623 5th St., was arrested for theft in the fifth degree at Fareway, 619 Burnett Ave., Jan. 16. He was later released on a citation.

• Audra Johnson, 19, 2257 Willow Hall, was cited for minor on the premises at the Long Shot, 2900 West St., Jan. 16.

• Kathryn Olivari, 18, 4257 Willow Hall, was cited for minor on the premises at the Long Shot, 2900 West St., Jan. 16.

• Jessica Trine, 19, 3029 Oak Hall, was cited for minor on the premises at the Long Shot, 2900 West St., Jan. 16.

• Nicholas Quandt, 7320 Larch Hall, 19, was cited for minor on the premises at the Long Shot, 2900 West St., Jan. 16.

• Carl Gomez, 18, 8310 Larch Hall, was cited for minor on the premises at the Long Shot, 2900 West St., Jan. 16.

• Eric Dean Shatto, 21, no address, was arrested on a warrant from Marshalltown for burglary in the third degree and possession of a controlled substance, Jan. 16. He was later taken to Story County Jail.

• Jess Patrick Smith, 25, 701 Ken Maril Road, was arrested for public intoxication, Jan 16. He was later released on a citation.

• Brian Dennis Stark, 22, 1205 Delaware #5, was arrested for public intoxication, Jan. 17. He was later released on a citation.

• Danielle Nicole Jones was arrested for possession of alcohol underage, Jan. 17. She was cited and released.

• Nathanial Dixon, 24, 3108 Rice St., Stevens Point, Wis., was arrested for consuming alcohol in public, Jan.18. He was cited and released.

• Heath Allan Hillyard, 20, 701 N. C St., Indianola, was arrested for minor on the premises at 124 Welch, Jan. 18. He was later released on $165 bond.

• Diana Bustamante, 20, 6100 Lincoln Way #23, was arrested for minor on the premises at 2512 Lincoln Way and harassment of a public official, Jan. 18. She was later released on a promise to appear in court.

• Joaquin Escobar Galindez, 26, 316 Lincoln Way #14, was arrested for simple domestic assault, Jan. 18. He was later released on $165 bond.

• Robert Schmidt, III, 20, 3206 Lincoln Way #7, was cited for minor on the premises at The Dean’s List, 2522 Chamberlain Ave., Jan. 19. He was cited and released.

• Travis Allen Talley, 18, 4810 Helser Hall, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, Jan. 19. He was later released on a judge’s order.

• Benjamin Isaac Girard, 18, Nebraska St. #305, Sioux City, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), Jan. 19. He was later released on a judge’s order.

• Justin G. Jorgensen, 19, 4737 Helser Hall, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), Jan. 19. He was later released on a judge’s order.

• John James Walton, 26, 418 E. Holcomb, Des Moines, was arrested for driving under suspension, Jan. 20. He is currently being held by Ames Police.
