The following information was provided by the Ames Police Department. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty.

• Elizabeth Anne Reece, 20, 114 S. Hyland, was arrested for public intoxication, possession of alcohol underage and harassment of a public official, Nov. 8. She was later released on bond.

• Matthew Robert Jackson, 18, 313 E. 4th, Tipton, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, Nov. 8. He was later released on bond.

• Shawn Edward Devries, 23, 2144 Sunset, was arrested for public intoxication, Nov. 8. He was later released on bond.

• Matthew Michael Nosbisch, 20, 2625 Hunt, was cited for noise ordinance violation, Nov. 8.

• Troyce Alan Deberg, 29, 1102 O’Neil, was arrested for public intoxication, Nov. 8. He was later released on bond.

• Russell A. Swank, 33, 528 W. 16th St., Boone, was arrested for third-offense operating while intoxicated, Nov. 8. He was later released on bond.

• Joseph Foss, 20, 1095 Maple, was arrested on a warrant for assault, Nov. 8. He was later released on bond.

• James Harold Clapp, 38, 103 ASU #15, was arrested for public intoxication and criminal mischief. He was later taken to Story County Jail.

• Dennis Eugene Carrel, 53, 2051 1st St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear, Nov. 8. He was later turned over to Story County officials.

• Joseph George Baxter, 24, 1216 Dororthy, Waterloo, was arrested for public intoxication, Nov. 9. He later pleaded guilty, was fined and released.

• Tara Colleen McMahan, 19, 827 Beach, was cited for noise ordinance violation, Nov. 9.

• Jay Patrick Herbers, 21, 218 Stanton #17, was arrested for first-offense operating while intoxicated, Nov. 9. He was later released on bond.

• Tina Marie Harris, 27, 101 N. Blake Rd., was arrested on a warrant for fourth-degree theft, Nov. 9. She was later released on a surety bond.
