The following information was provided by the Ames Police Department. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty.

• Joseph Edwin Lyon, 22, 85 Lincoln Way, Nevada, was cited for theft in the fifth degree, Nov. 4.

• Julie A. Eller, 31, 1407 W. 6th, Nevada, was arrested for possession with intent to deliver, tax stamp violation, and fifth degree theft, Nov. 4. She was later taken to Story County Jail.

• Patty Lynn Davis, 20, 2410 Chamberlain, was arrested on two warrants for failure to pay, Nov.4. She was later released and given time to pay.

• Craig Butler, 41, 3417 Jewell, was arrested for domestic assault, Nov. 4. He was later released on bond.

• Heather Darling, 26, 713 10th St., was arrested on two warrants for parking, Nov. 4. She was later released on bond.

• Bumku Hwang, 23, 1300 Coconino #213, was cited for expired registration and no driver’s license, Nov. 5.

• Viset Signasaeng, 20, 412 W. Curve Dr., Webster City, was arrested for eluding officials and assault, Nov. 6. He was later released to Story County officials.
