The following information was provided by the Ames Police Department. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty.

• Christopher W. Rehbein, 23, 3918 Quebec St., was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court, failure to appear and consuming, Oct. 31. He was later released on a $165 cash bond.

• Russell Dodson, 18, 269 Campus Ave., was arrested for public intoxication, Oct. 31. He was later released on a citation.

• Richard Peter Hunsinger, 18, 104 Linden Hall, was arrested for public intoxication, Oct. 31. He was later released on a judge’s order.

• Chadwick Lee Desy, 19, 110 Linden Hall, was arrested for public intoxication, Oct. 31. He was later released on a citation.

• David Edward Evans, 20, 127 Linden Hall, was arrested for public intoxication, Oct. 31. He was later released on a judge’s order.

• Rory John Wiebel, 19, 1305 Ontario Cir., was cited for possession of alcohol under the legal age, Oct. 31.

• John M. Pope, 19, 7340 Wallace Hall, was cited for minor on the premisis, Oct. 31.

• Justin J. Weidemann, 18, 2237 Southway, Dubuque, was arrested for public intoxication, Nov. 1. He was later released on a judge’s order.

• Kory W. Tobias, 18, 1744 Brandclase, Rockford, Ill., was arrested for public intoxication, Nov. 1. He was later released on a judge’s order.

• Mark L. McMurray, 21, 117 Ash Ave., was arrested for public intoxication, Nov. 1. He was later released on a judge’s order.
