Inappropriate ad

The advertisement on page 12 of the October 10 issue of the Daily is completely inappropriate.
I do not believe in censorship, but I do believe that an advertisement to pay extra money for a “Carload Bonus!” of blood donors is as irresponsible as cigarette and alcohol advertising.
Those who see this as a source of extra income may be encouraging people with communicable diseases to be less than honest in answering any questions about disqualifying factors for blood donors.
Please ask these people to discontinue the distasteful and dangerous advertising.
