Student injured while skydiving over weekend

A member of the Iowa State Skydiving team was seriously injured over the weekend while skydiving.
As of Monday night, Darrell Redman, a senior in history, was listed in serious condition at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.
It is unknown at this time what caused the accident.
Robert Meyer, president of the Skydiving Club, said he was not present at the accident and did not know anything about it.
Roger Murphy, adviser of the Skydiving Club, was unable to be reached for comment.
