The following information was provided by the Ames Police Department. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty.

Oct. 25

  • Patrick Dennis Forinash, 22, 2824 West #203, was arrested for criminal trespassing. He was later released on a citation.
  • John K. Pulkrabek, 22, 316 Lynn, was arrested for criminal trespassing. He was later released on a citation.
  • Keith James Krienert, 22, 301 S. 4th, was arrested for criminal trespassing. He was later released on a citation.
  • Jeffrey Lee Andrews, 21, 233 Lynn, was arrested for criminal trespassing. He was later released on a citation.
  • Toby Mark Graff, 18, 156 Oak, Laurens, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. He was later released on bond.
  • ÿRachel J. Jafvert, 20, 300 Stanton #201, was cited for minor on the premises.
  • ÿJames Anthony Rogers, 19, 240 Linden Hall, was cited for possession of alcohol under the legal age.
  • Adriana Marie Boettgar, 19, 318 Pearson, was cited for minor on the premises.
  • Jamie A. Henaman, 19, 208 Ash, was cited for minor on the premises.
  • Darren James Lewis, 21, 220 E. 9th St., was arrested for public intoxication, interference with official acts and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was later turned over to Story County officials.
  • Brian David Lewis, 24, 220 E. 9th St., was arrested for for public intoxication and interference with official acts. He was later turned over to Story County officials.
  • ÿJustin Lee McCaslen, 19, 2012 Sunset, was arrested for public intoxication. He later pleaded guilty and was released.
  • Bryan Wheeler, 20, 301 S. 4th St., was cited for minor on the premises.
  • William Sonnleitner, 21, 3846 Knapp Hall, was cited for consuming alcohol in public.
  • ÿChristopher P. Brownsberger, 28, 2536 Helser Hall, was cited for consuming alcohol in public.
  • Derrick Frank Bauer, 18, 218 Stanton #17, was cited for possession of alcohol under the legal age.
  • Charles Edward Coney, 31, 226 Hazel, was arrested for public intoxication. He later pleaded guilty.
  • Scott Alan Taylor, 32, 2635 Cleveland, was arrested for public intoxication. He later pleaded guilty and was released.
  • Eric Larson Conrad, 19, 315 Welch, was arrested for public intoxication. He was later released on a citation.
  • James Harrison Griem, 22, 1300 Coconino Rd. No. 212, was arrested for public intoxication. He was later released on a citation.
  • Erin Eileen Murray, 19, 926 11th St., Nevada, was cited and released for fifth-degree theft.
  • Henry Lucas Melcher, 22, 2817 West St., was arrested for public intoxication. He was later released on a citation.
  • Randy Lee Allen Trenary, 26, 47344 280th St., Pocahontas, was arrested for public intoxication. He was later released on bond.
  • Matthew Patrick Trometer, 24, 999 N. Silver Springs, Wichita, Ks., was arrested for providing alcohol to a minor. He was later released on bond.

Oct. 26

  • Chad Dale Sietz, 21, 129 S. Franklin, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was later released on a citation.
  • Stephanie Tara Swanson, 24, 12721 Briar, Leawood, Ks, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was later turned over to Story County officials.
  • James Paul McBroom, 28, 4130 Lincoln Swing No. 13, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was later released on a citation.

The following information was provided by Iowa State’s Department of Public Safety. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty.

Oct. 24

  • Theresa Arnold, 3805 Stagecoach Road., reported she left her coat on a table in Landscape Architecture while she was cleaning the area. When she returned for the coat, it was gone. Estimated loss is $50.
  • DPS received a report of a group of males tearing down the band tower at Clyde Williams Field at Sheldon Avenue and West Street. When the males spotted the officers, they took off running. DPS was able to catch one of them. The officer placed Zachari Manus, 4132 Harris St., under arrest for public intoxication after Manus failed field sobriety tests.
  • Jeffery Sorensen, Durham Center, reported he had received an obscene message on his Audix machine.
  • Larry Lockhart, of Plant Introduction Farm, reported someone took 12 high-pressure sodium grow lights from greenhouse No. 3. There were no signs of forced entry in the area. Estimated loss is $2,040.
  • A vehicle registered to His-Kong Chin Wang, 107D University Village, was properly parked in its parking stall when a second vehicle driven by Pu Yong, 107C University Village, slid into it. Yong said when he applied his breaks to park next to Wang’s vehicle, his vehicle slid on the icy street, causing his vehicle to strike Wang’s. Estimated damage to Wang’s vehicle is $1,000. Estimated damage to Yong’s vehicle is $400.
  • Property damage-only accident at Osborn Drive and Bissell Road.
  • ISU DPS Parking Systems had a vehicle towed from Lot 50B for having an unauthorized parking permit in it.
  • DPS received a report of a suspicious odor coming from 2009 Oak Hall. Upon officer’s arrival, he talked with the resident and two other subjects in the room. The officer found some marijuana and a pipe in the room, which he confiscated.
