Election time again

The Inter-Residence Hall Association (IRHA) executive council elections will take place on Tuesday from noon to 6 p.m. at all three residence hall associations.

Residence hall students must present a fee card at the polls, which will be located at the Friley Depot, the Cornerstone Post Office, Maple-Willow-Larch Commons, the Wallace-Wilson commons and the Knapp-Storms commons.

Students will vote for their choice for next year’s IRHA president.

Candidates for IRHA president are Julie Anderson, a junior in computer engineering, Jay McLaren, a sophomore in agricultural business, and Elizabeth Holden, a sophomore in pre-chemical engineering.

About 1,000 students voted in last year’s IRHA elections, according to Rob Wiese, IRHA president.

Winners will be announced on Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Friley Hall, Room 2417 A & B.
