Sex is better than the alternative

Joshua Cook

“The only thing that I regret from high school is that I didn’t have sex with as many girls as I could have.”

This quote came in the form of advice from my brother who is 32-years-old.

I hope that you can justify putting this article into your paper because it is written more in favor toward the controversial sex article than against, as all the others have been.

As you can see, this letter is written in response to Brian Johnson’s article dated Mar. 27 and toward Michael Tyra’s and the others disgruntled responses.

First off, for those of you finding yourselves initially perturbed by the words of Mr. Johnson, do you find no humor in sex or sexual contented material?

Or do you feel that the Bible bans you from enjoying the humor that may come along with the context of sex?

Or are you too preoccupied with the statistics of STDs as Mr. Tyra appeared to be?

Second of all, I obviously side with many of Mr. Johnson’s ideas.

I’m 20, in my sexual prime, so I’d like to share myself a little with those who are willing to have me. What’s so wrong with that?

I guess in my mind it boils down to deciding on what is the lesser of two evils: me going around and having sex a little before marriage, or me going to the shower and masturbating? Which would you rather walk in and see going on?

I’m not going to disagree with the fact that STDs are out there, I’m just going to give a method of getting around this.

These are the guidelines for “who you should have sex with”:

1) Always use a condom.

2) Try to find out about her background.

And as far as Mr. Foust wrote on April 1, I agree sex with love is better, but no sex at all is still far worse than sex without love.

Finally, let me wrap this whole thing up by coming out with my honest opinions (pardon me if your offended).

If you want to have sex, have sex. Let’s face it, the only thing better than sex is better sex.

Also, if you want to write an article about having sex, write an article.

And finally, if you want to write an article on why not to have sex, don’t come at us with all the statistics and Bible talk until you’ve actually passed the missionary position.
