The following information was provided by the Ames Police Department. All individuals are innocent unless proven guilty:

* Husnain Alijbhulan, 23, Box 1659 Grinnell College, Grinnell, was arrested for 5th degree theft, Feb. 8. He was later released on a $165 bond.

* Damion Strom, 20, 2527 Hunt St. #5, was arrested for driving while under suspension and on a warrant for contempt of court, Feb. 9. He was later released on a $50 bond.

* Brent M. Ehlinger, 19, 1108 Westgate Hall, was arrested for prohibited acts, Feb. 9. He was later released by the judge.

* Jonathan Robert Seyfert, 18, 1108 Westgate Hall, was arrested for prohibited acts, Feb. 9. He was later released by the judge.

* Jason J. Tracy, 20, 109 16th St., Boone, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, Feb. 9. He was later released by the judge.

* Christopher F. Lenz, 21, 230 Campus Ave., was arrested for public intoxications, Feb. 9. He was fined $155 and released by the judge.

* Troy D. Mauser, 21, 3426 Coy St., was arrested for public intoxication, Feb. 9. He was later released on citation.

* Jonathan Jackson, 19, 424 W. Benton, Winterset, was arrested for public intoxication, Feb. 9. He was later fined $90 and released by the judge.

* Michael McFarland, 21, 530 Welch Ave. #1, was arrested for public intoxication, Feb. 9. He was later fined $155 and released by the judge.

* Stony Lee Moore, 30, 1319 8th Ave. S., Ft. Dodge, was arrested on three warrants, Feb. 10. He was later released on recognizance by the judge.

* Kellie A. Barnhart-Rutzen, 31, #49 Hillsdale Trailer Court, was arrested for public intoxication, Feb. 11. She pleaded guilty and was fined $90 by the judge.

* Jonathan Paul Emmerson, 21, 2337 Knapp St. #2, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance, Feb. 11. He was later released by the judge.

* James Hay, 41, 215 W. Third St., was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Feb. 11. He was later released by the judge.

* DeAndre Harris, 21, 4353 Larch Hall, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court, Feb. 11. He was later released on a $100 bond.

* Meredith J. Smith, 53, 225 S. Kellogg Ave., was arrested for 4th degree theft, Feb. 11. She was later taken to the Story County Jail.

* John Roger Withers, 23, 1016 Harding Ave., was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without registration, Feb. 11. He was later released on citation.

* Russell Ellison, 37, residence unknown, was arrested for public intoxication, Feb. 12. He later pleaded guilty, was fined $50, and given time to pay.

* Kellie A. Barnhart-Rutzen, 31, #49 Hillsdale Trailer Court, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation, Feb. 12. She was later turned over to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.
