The following information was provided by the Ames Police Department. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty:

* Michael Steven Ray, 20, 707 Kellogg Ave. #1, was arrested on five counts of prohibited acts and five counts of delivery, Jan. 29. He was later released on a $20,400 surety bond.

* Shannon Jo Westbrook, 25, 513 Park Way, Story City, was arrested for driving while barred, driving under suspension and speeding, Jan. 29. She was later released on a $2,004 surety bond.

* Larry Lynch, 28, 4013 Arkansas Ave., was arrested for violation of a no contact order, Jan. 29. He was later released on 0% of a $165 bond and granted a continuance.

* Richard Alan Graham, 36, RR 2, Maxwell, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver, Jan. 29. He was later taken to the Story County Jail.

* Damion Lee Strom, 20, 2527 Hunt St. #5, was arrested for theft in the fourth degree, Jan. 30. He was later released on a citation.

* Joseph Lee Gillenwater II, 19, 929 Garfield Ave., was arrested on two warrants for parking tickets. He was later released on $100 bond.

*ÿRobert Charles Heies, 20, 307 Ash Ave., was arrested on multiple contempt of court warrants, Jan. 30. He was later turned over to the Iowa DOT.

* Thomas Armstong, 41, 114 7th St., was arrested for public intoxication, Jan 30. He later plead guilty and was given time to pay his fine.

* Nathan L. Mitchell, 21, 4006 Quebec Circle, was arrested on a Boone County warrant, Jan. 30. He was later turned over to Boone County officials.

*ÿRachael Gajewski, 18, RR 1 Tiller Ct. #8, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, Jan. 30. She was later released on a judge’s order.

*ÿKaren Marie Digby, 23, 406 E. 6th St., was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, Jan. 30. She was later released on a judge’s order.

* Richard Roy Henderson, 1429 16th St., was arrested on a failure to appear warrant from Greene County, Jan. 31. He was later released on $65 bond.

*ÿDavid Michael Opheim, 22, 140 S. Franklin Ave., was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, Jan. 31. He was later released on a judges order.

* Benjamin Osbun Miller, 20, 525 University SE A8, Minneapolis, was arrested for minor on the premises, Jan. 31. He was later released on $165 bond

* Kevin Freeman, 33, 206 Main St., Slater, was arrested for public intoxication, Jan. 31. He was later turned over to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office.

* Gregory Kilburn, 20, 4601 Applewood, Sioux City, was arrested for minor on the premises at Tazzles, 126 Welch Ave., Feb. 1. He was later released on a judges order.

*ÿMark Alan Wayman, 3345 Friley Hall, was arrested for public intoxication, Feb. 1. He was later released on a citation.

* Robert Walton Easterling, Jr., was arrested on multiple warrants, Feb. 1. He was later released on bond.

* Karen Suzanne Creek, 3853 Hubbell Ave., Des Moines, was arrested for minor on the premesis, at, 115 Main St., Main Event, Feb. 1. She was later released on bond.

*ÿTravis Alan Bissen, 18, 132 McGee, Council Bluffs, was arrested for interference with official acts, possession of alcohol underage and public urination, Feb. 2. He was later released on a judge’s order.

*ÿDustin John Bahnsen, 18, 1471 210th St., Schleswig, was arrested for possession of alcohol underage, Feb. 2. He was later released on $34.50 bond.

* Eric Todd Koehle, 21, 736 4th St. SW, Britt, was arrested for assault and public intoxication, Feb. 2. He later plead guilty and was given time to pay.

* Mike Rhiner, 17, address unknown, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, Feb. 2.

* Keith Ketchum, 21, was cited for providing alcohol to a minor, at Hy-Vee, 3800 W. Lincoln Way, Jan. 31.

* David Mondt, 18, was cited for attempting to purchase and possession of alcohol underage, at Hy-Vee, 3800 W. Lincoln Way, Jan. 31.

* Shawn Chesterman, 20, was cited for possession of alcohol underage, at Hy-Vee, 3800 W. Lincoln Way, Jan. 31.

*ÿThomas A. Downs, 16, was cited for possession of tobacco underage, at Hy-Vee, 3800 W. Lincoln Way, Jan. 31.
