The following information was provided by the Ames Police Department. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty:

* Joshua Ryan Nemitz, 21, 129 1/2 Main St., was arrested on warrant, Feb. 3. He was given time to pay.

* Matthew Vincent Pongress, 21, 1400 Coconino Rd. #116, was arrested on a warrant of probation violation, Feb. 3. He is being held on a $1200 bond.

* Mary Agnes Browner, 19, 135 Dotson #A35, was arrested on charges of 5th degree theft and harassment of a public official, Feb. 3. She was later released on a bond of $330.

* Siang Eng Chan, 21, 4112 Lincoln Swing #315, was cited for 5th degree theft, Feb. 3. He was later released.

* Jeremy J. Peak, 20, 601 6th St., was arrested on multiple warrants, Feb. 3. He was later turned over to the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

* William O. Otu, 29, 2101 Oakwood Rd. Garden 8, was arrested on multiple warrants, Feb. 4. He was later released on $165 bond.

* Michael Allen Dickhoff, 27, 1319 Arizona Ave., was arrested for public intoxication and a 4th degree criminal misdemeanor, Feb. 4. He was later released on 0% of $800.

* Jannie Dorothea Heath, 29, 420 E 7th C10, was arrested on a warrant for delivery of controlled substances and prohibited acts, Feb. 4. She was later released on 0% of a $2500 bond.

* Jonathan William Hathaway, 31, 1302 Marion, Boone, was arrested for harassment of a public official and public intoxication, Feb. 4. He was later released on 0% of a $300 bond.

* Eric Wayne Server, 38, no address, was arrested on a warrant of contempt of court, failure to pay parking tickets and public intoxication, Feb. 4. He was later released on his own recognizance and given time to pay.

* Orin Dutton Goodwin, 55, 312 Ash Ave., was arrested on a warrant for probation revocation, Feb. 4. He was released on a surety bond of $2,500.

* John Michael Parsonage, 37, 1101 Iowa Ave., was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and open container, Feb. 5. He was later released on his own recognizance

* Linda Christine Wuebker, 38, RR1, was cited for 5th degree theft, Feb. 5. She was later released.

* Todd Collins, 40, 601 Sunset, Red Oak, was arrested for public intoxication, Feb. 6. He plead guilty and was given time to pay.
