All of the staff at the Iowa State Memorial union would like to commend the organizers of the Big Eight Conference on Black Student Government for an outstanding conference.

We would particularly like to mention Kyle Pierce and Jolanda Williams who served as the liaisons to the Memorial Union. They were meticulous, organized and professional throughout the entire planning process.

We would also like to mention former M.U. employee, Omar Haygood, who saw to every detail for all meals served in the Memorial Union. The care and energy of the entire organizing committee set a new standard for their peers! Congratulations on being recognized as the Best Black Student Government in the Big Eight Council.
