The following information was provided by the Ames Police Department. All suspects are innocent unless proven guilty:

* Erik Josef Lutenegger, 21, 405 Hayward, was arrested on the charges of making alcohol available to a minor, Jan. 10.

* Travis John Muff, 20, 405 Hayward, was arrested on the charges of possession of alcohol underage, Jan. 10.

* Aaron Donald Wolfe, 20, 405 Hayward, was arrested on the charges of possession of alcohol underage, Jan. 10.

* Michael Vojta, 21, Friley 3317, was cited for providing alcohol to a minor at Hy-Vee, 3800 Lincoln Way, Jan. 10. He was later released.

* Robert Fink, 19, Friley 3321, was cited for possession of alcohol underage at Hy-Vee, 3800 Lincoln Way, Jan 10. He was later released.

* Steve Hinchee, 22, Friley 3325, was cited for providing alcohol to a minor at Hy-Vee, 3800 Lincoln Way, Jan. 10. He was later released.

* Herbert Sawyer, 21, 1300 Coconino #230, was cited for providing alcohol to a minor at Hy-Vee, 3800 Lincoln Way, Jan. 10. He was later released.

* Michael Nagel, 20, 1300 Coconino #230, was cited for possession of alcohol underage at Hy-Vee, 3800 Lincoln Way, Jan. 10. He was later released.

* Summer Brenstbauch, 19, 1881 E. Marion St., Des Moines, was cited for violation of the Ames Municipal Code, “Touching of Certain Entertainers Regulated,” at Blondie’s, 520 S. Duff, Jan. 10. She was issued a municipal infraction, fined and later released.

* Michael Lane Fields, 41, 1920 Wallace St., Marshalltown, was cited for violation of the Ames Municipal Code, “Touching of Certain Entertainers Regulated,” at Blondie’s, 520 S. Duff, Jan. 10. He was issued a municipal infraction, fined and later released.

* Antony Hiszczynskyj, 25, RR 2 Box 368, Ames, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, Jan. 11.

* Beverly Jo Wolcott, 24, 1532 Kellogg, was arrested on a Scott County warrant, Jan. 10. She was released on $500 bond.

* Melissa Lynn Barton, 22, 2519 Knapp St., was cited for making alcohol available to a minor at Hy-Vee, 3800 Lincoln Way, Jan. 10.

* Billie Jo Dodd, 20, 2519 Knapp St., was cited for possession of alcohol underage at Hy-Vee, 3800 Lincoln Way, Jan. 10.

* Megan Ondov, 20, 302 Ash, was arrested on charges of being a minor on the premises at 2522 Chamberlain, Jan. 11.

* Jeffrey Stephen McCoy, 22, 207 Todd Cr., was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Jan. 11.

* William Richard Koster, 22, 228 Welch #2, was cited for a noise ordinance.

* Octavius Daniel Jeffers, 20, 10160 Storms Hall, was arrested on charges of failure to pay an ISU warrant for disorderly conduct, Jan. 11. He was released on $165 bond.

* Earl William Soper Jr., 27, Crestview Mobil Home Park Lot #66, was charged with public intoxication, Jan. 12.

* Michael Jospeh Wattier, 19, 3426 Coy St. #101, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Jan. 12. He was released on citation.

* Ricky Love, 32, 327 E. 7th, was arrested on charges of failure to appear, Jan. 12.

* Kuang-Man Chang, 47, 1509 Grand Ave., was arrested on charges of assault with intent to commit sexual assault, Jan. 13.

* Kevin C. Angove, 39, 4605 Ontario #2, was arrested on charges of domestic assault, Jan. 2.

* Janed Wright, 19, 3421 Coy, was arrested on charges of domestic assault, Jan. 2.

* Scott Allen Aldrich, 30, 301 S. Vine, Roland, was arrested on charges of domestic assault, Jan. 2.

* Benjamin Lee Kellen, 20, 1224 Truman Place, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Jan. 3.

* Jason Althoff, 24, 612 S. 16th #24, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Jan. 3. He was later released on citation.

* Angel Gibson, 24, 1320 Gateway Hills #402, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Jan. 3. She was later released on citation.

* Shane R. Garden, 23, 220 S. Dakota, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Jan. 3. He was later released on citation.

* Terry McDowell, 21, 304 920 Memorial, Maryville, Mo., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Jan. 4.

* Jigang Wu, 33, 4411 Castlewood Pl. #2, was arrested on charges of domestic assault, Jan. 4.

* Sampson Neeley, 18, 3507 W. Lincoln Way #19, was arrested on charges of third degree theft, Jan. 4. He was later released on $1,200 bond.

* Sarah Juanita Dyer, 19, 1925 E. Lyon, was arrested on charges of forgery and interference, Jan. 5.

* Thomas R. Sievers, 24, 1006 Dayton #2, was arrested on charges of domestic abuse, Jan. 5.

* Valerie Ann Harris, 23, 226 6th St., West Des Moines, was arrested on charges of contempt of court and failure to pay parking tickets, Jan. 5. She was later released on bond.

* Patrick Shoemaker, 19, 4815 Todd Dr. #67, was arrested for being on the premises, Jan. 6. He was released on bond.

* Cornelius Williams, 21, 2417 8th Ave. N., Fort Dodge, was arrested on two Ames warrants, Jan. 6. He was turned over to Story County Sheriff’s Office.

* Ryan Wood, 22, 3500 N. Grand #33, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Jan. 7. He was turned over to Story County Sheriff’s Office.

* James Ungs, 24, 321 Lynn, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Jan. 7.

* Matthew Scott Wilcoxson, 23, 3621 Ontario St., was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Jan. 8. He was released on citation.

* Paul Ezerki, 27, 215 Sherman, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and speeding, Jan. 8. He was released on citation.

* Robert McMahon, 42, 3924 Ross Rd., was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, Jan. 8. He was released on citation.

* John Basem Cabal, 22, 1005 Kensineton, Ankeny, was arrested for failure to appear, Jan. 8

* Anne Janice Cox, 19, 1513 Summit, was arrested on charges of simple assault, Jan. 8. She pled guilty and was fined $65.

* Michael Allen Kennedy, 32, 1122 Clark, was arrested on 15 outstanding warrants, Jan. 8. He was turned over to Story County Sheriff’s Office.

* Tammy Nelsen, 18, 1600 W. 2nd, Ankeny, was arrested on charges of 5th degree theft, Jan. 8.

* James Charles Holveck, 26, 1316 S. Duff #73, was arrested on charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, open container, speeding and giving false information to law enforcement, Jan. 8. He was turned over to Story County Sheriff’s Office.

* Donna Lynn Dakes, 29, 1122 Clark, was arrested on charges of Tax Stamp violation and prohibited acts with possible intent to deliver, Jan. 9.

* Darci J. Thelaner, 41, 407 S. 5th, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Jan. 10. She was turned over to Story County Sheriff’s Office.

*Joshua Ryan Nemitz, 21, 129 1/2 Main, was arrested on charges of failure to pay parking tickets, Jan. 10. He was released on $50 bond.

* Timothy Earl Sigler, 41, RR2 Box 220, Nevada, was arrested on charges of 4th degree theft, Jan. 10. He was later booked and released.
