I appreciate the service Iowa State is giving its students by providing the Durham Computer Center with 24-hour student ‘helpers’ to answer our questions.

Now I only wish some of these Durham helpers would WILLINGLY help (without having to DRAG them out of their chairs), and be FRIENDLY!
