* A letter to the editor in the Jan. 24 issue of the Daily stated that Daily columnist Theresa Wilson was the “creator of the alternative ‘Drummer’ newspaper.”

Although it is true that Wilson did write for the Drummer for a semester, she was not instrumental in its creation.

The Daily regrets the error.

* In the Jan. 27 issue of the Daily, a name was misspelled in the police blotter. The name should have appeared as Jonathan Guy Dewey, who was cited for underage possession of alcohol.
