The parents, children and staff of Collegiate United Methodist Cooperative (C.U.M.C.) Preschool would like to thank the men of Alpha Gamma Rho and Delta Upsilon fraternities for volunteering to help with our playground renovation project on Saturday, Nov. 9.

We were impressed with their willingness to help on short notice, and their courteousness and enthusiasm while working with the other volunteers.

The hard work these students performed was aimed at bringing our climbing apparatus up to current safety standards and will make the playground a safer and more enjoyable place for kids.

It is this kind of service that reminds us of the positive impact ISU students have on the Ames community.
