The Iowa State Daily and Government of the Student Body are hosting a mock presidential election this Wednesday in front of Parks Library.

The election which is open to ISU students only, will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There will be a ballot in Wednesday’s edition of the Daily and there will also be ballot present at the election.

President Bill Clinton and Republican candidate Bob Dole will be on the ballot for president. There will also be another category in which students can write in candidates. Students will also vote for congressional positions.

The purpose of the mock election is to pump students up to vote in the Nov. 5 election.
