Tipper Gore, wife of Vice President Al Gore, will pay a visit to Iowa State tonight.

In support of the Democratic ticket, Gore will speak at the Scheman Building tonight at 8 p.m. She is in Ames to support Leonard Boswell, Democratic candidate for U.S. Representative in the 3rd District.

Gore will appear with Boswell after Boswell’s 7 p.m. debate with Mike Mahaffey, Republican candidate for the position. The debate will be held in the City Hall Chambers.
