The following arrests and citations were made by the Ames Police Department. All suspects are innocent unless proven guilty:

* Joseph Frederick Ethington, 25, Lot 73, Hillsdale Trailer Park, was arrested for a warrant at 2801 Grand, Oct. 4. He was released on his own recognizance by a judge.

* Andrew Kingsbury Lyon, 24, 4416 Toronto #1, was cited for providing alcohol to a minor under 18 at Hy-Vee Food Store, 3800 Lincoln Way, Oct. 4.

* Rachael Ann Martin, 18, 4410 Maple Hall, was cited for possession of alcohol underage at Hy-Vee Food Store, 3800 Lincoln Way, Oct. 4.

* Jeffrey W. Hanson, 19, 3240 Welch Hall, was cited for possession of alcohol underage at Hy-Vee Food Store, 3800 Lincoln Way, Oct. 4.

* Mike Joseph Angland, 18, 3650 Helser Hall, was cited for possession of alcohol underage at Hy-Vee Food Store, 3800 Lincoln Way, Oct. 4.

* Patti L. Luzadder, 19, 2028 4th St., Lot 26, Boone, was cited for minor on the premises at Tazzles, 126 Welch, Oct. 4.

* Kenneth Ladell Pratt, 22, 1305 Georgia #8, was arrested on a warrant for disorderly conduct, Oct. 4. He was released on bond.

* Christopher Smith, 22, 140 Lynn Ave., was cited for providing alcohol to a minor at the Keg Shop, 218 Welch, Oct. 5.

* Jamie Peterson, 20, 140 Lynn Ave., was cited for possession of alcohol underage at the Keg Shop, 218 Welch, Oct. 5.

* Matthew M. Parisi, 19, 224 Ash, was cited for possession of alcohol underage at the 300 block of Ash, Oct. 5.

* Kathryn D. Hokinson, 2066 Sutherland Pl., Hoffman Estates, Ill., was cited for possession of alcohol underage at the 300 block of Ash, Oct. 5.

* Amy C. Williams, 18, 6417 Larch Hall, was cited for possession of alcohol underage at the intersection of Knapp and Hayward, Oct. 5.

* William A. Roberts, 52, no permanent address, was arrested for public intoxication and a warrant at 207 S. Duff, Oct. 5. He was turned over to Story County Sheriff’s Department.

* Brian T. McCabe, 22, 644 Squaw Creek #26, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Oct. 5. He was released on a citation.

* Martin Andrew Button Guenette, 22, 2325 Knapp St., was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated at the intersection of Lincoln Way and State Avenue, Oct. 6. He was released on a citation.

* Jamie Joe Pearce, 22, 108 High, was arrested for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance at the intersection of Ontario and Arizona, Oct. 6. He was released on his own recognizance by a judge.

* Robert John Smith, 21, Rural Route 1, Nevada, was arrested for public intoxication at the intersection of Ontario and Arizona, Oct. 6. He was released on a citation.

* Jodi L. Hoopingarner, 22, 3218 Lincoln Way, was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated at the Storms Hall Parking Lot, Oct. 6. She was released on a citation.

* John Thomas Anderson, 23, 3109 Ellis, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated at the intersection of Lincoln Way and Sheldon, Oct. 6. He was released on a citation.

* Arthur Charles Pink, 42, 516 N. Dakota #31, was arrested on a warrant at 516 N. Dakota #31, Oct. 6.

* Jason Zachary Veasley, 20, 5420 Outlook, Mission, Kan., was arrested for violation of transient merchant’s act at 515 Clark, Oct. 6. He was released on $165 cash bond.

* Dale LeRoy Brown, 39, 1603 10th Lot 88, Nevada, was arrested for prohibited acts and delivery of a controlled substance, Oct. 7.
