The first in a series of health programs begins today with the topic “HIV/AIDS: What You Don’t Know Can Hurt You.”

The speech will be held in the Pioneer Room of the Memorial Union and is sponsored by Mary Greeley Medical Center and McFarland Clinic.

Dr. Nathaniel Ratnasamy, infectious disease physician at the McFarland Clinic will give the first speech today at noon.

“I’m going to give a summary about HIV and review the latest statistics,” Ratnasamy said.
