1996 ISU Football captains are appointed

Five members of the 1996 ISU Football team were named co-captains. Three members of the offense were named, led by junior tailback Troy Davis. Senior quarterback Todd Doxson and senior offensive lineman Tim Kohn were also named.

“This is probably the greatest moment in my sports history,”Kohn said. “As a captain, we must lead through performance on and off the field through training, academics and community involvement.”

Greg Schoon, a defensive lineman, and free safety Mike Lincavage represent the defensive side of the ball.

Baseball tryouts meeting is tonight

An informational meeting will be held tonight for all those interested in trying out for the ISU Baseball team.

The meeting will take place at Room 104, Beyer Hall at 6:30 p.m.
