The journalism and mass communication department will host a research symposium April 26 from noon to 1:30 p.m. in 210 Hamilton Hall.

The symposium will include a presentation by Richard Haws, an associate professor of journalism and mass communication, titled “Identification of Sexual Assault Victims” and a presentation by Steve Coon, associate professor of journalism and mass communication, titled “Creating a Video Documentary on Migration of Hispanics to Southwestern Iowa.” Corrin Dekker will also speak on “Communication Aspects of Watershed Management: The Case of the Raccoon River Watershed.”

Students and faculty are welcome to attend.
