*Thad R. Louwagie, 22, Brookings, S.D., at the 100 block of Welch Avenue.

*Michael D. Ott, 41, 3823 Minnetonka Ave., on Duff Avenue.

*Robert M. Mein, 20, 2120 Lincoln Way, was also arrested on a charge of possession of alcohol underage at the 200 block of Ash Avenue.

The following individuals were arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct. They were later released:

*John M. Zaver, 26, West Des Moines.

*Hermes Santiago, 19, Iowa Falls, on Cedar Street.

*Brian M. Robbins, 19, Eldridge, was also arrested on a charge for having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle at the 200 block of Sheldon Avenue.

Other reports:

*Crystal L. Hopkins, 20, 207 Stanton Ave., was cited on a charge for possession of a fake identification at People’s Bar & Grill, 2430 Lincoln Way.

*Cindy C. Newto, 20, 428 Stonehaven Ave., was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at Cy’s Roost, 126 Welch Ave. She was later released.
