Dailies across the U.S.
April 8, 1996
As an ISU alum from the Class of 1990 now living and working in Washington, D.C., I have enjoyed reading the Iowa State Daily on the World Wide Web since it came on-line.
Having lived in North Carolina and D.C. since graduation, it’s been very hard to get news about Iowa generally, ISU campus news and Cyclone sports info in particular out here in the East.
The Daily on the Web, combined with my mail subscription to the Des Moines Sunday Register, help alleviate my homesickness.
On behalf of all long-distance ISU alum (even if it’s a little brash for me to speak for everyone else), thanks for getting into cyberspace, and we hope you’ll stay with us permanently!
