The following information is provided by the Ames Police Department. All suspects are innocent unless proven guilty:

*Elliot J. McDonnell, 21, 305 Lynn St., was arrested on a warrant for theft at That’s Entertainment, 129 Lincoln Way, April 1. He pleaded guilty and was fined $90.

*Jeffrey L. Mulder, 25, 2617 Knapp St., was arrested for driving under suspension, April 1. He was released on a citation.

*John E. Arnaud, 34, 1430 Stafford, was arrested on warrants for contempt of court and failure to pay, Tuesday. He was released on a $100 bond.

*John I. Swanson, 21, 515 West North Ave., was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated at East 13th St., Tuesday. He was released on a citation.

*Colleen K. Shader, 57, 420 East 7th St., was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Tuesday. She was released by a judge on her own recognizance.

*Mark C. Miller, 29, 212 10th St., was arrested on charges for driving under suspension and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Wednesday. He was released by a judge on his own recognizance.

*Crystal Caponigro, 23, Milwaukee, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication, Wednesday. She pleaded guilty and was given time to pay.

*Terrance Walker, 25, Des Moines, was arrested on charges of contempt of court and interference with official acts, Thursday. He was taken to Story County Jail.

*John J. Musumeci, 38, 2251 Jamaica Drive, was arrested on a charge of violation of a transient merchant license, Wednesday. He posted a $165 bond.

*Charles L. Smith, 19, Knoxville, was cited and released for shoplifting at Cub Foods, 3121 Grand Ave., Wednesday.

*Michael J. Landis, 19, 5563 N.W. 57th Ave., was cited and released for shoplifting at Cub Foods, 3121 Grand Ave., Wednesday.

*John W. Huebsch, 47, Fort Dodge, was arrested on charges of having an open container and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Thursday. He was released by a judge on his own recognizance.

*Chad A. Latch, 22, 207 Todd Circle, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication at the 100 block of Welch Avenue, Thursday. He was released on a citation.

*Brian D. Huppea, 24, 4204 Arizona Ave., was arrested on charges of assault and domestic abuse, Thursday. He was released on his own recognizance.

*Melanie A. Young, 30, 4202 Arizona Ave., was arrested on charges of assault and domestic abuse, Thursday. She was released on her own recognizance.

*Lajean I. Johannes, 30, Nevada, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and prohibiting acts at Hampton Inn, 1400 Dayton Ave., Friday. She was released on a $5,000 bond.

*Ty S. Sanderson, 19, Roland, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, having an open container of alcohol and possession of alcohol underage, Friday. He was released on three citations.

*Michael E. McNally, 23, 2919 Oakland St., was arrested on a charge of public intoxication on Bissell Road, Friday. He was released on a citation.

*Gregory A. Hansen, 43, 205 South 5th St., was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated on Mortensen Road, Saturday. He was released on a citation.

*Grace R. Remy, 20, St. Paul, Minn., was arrested on charges of carrying a false identification card and being a minor on the premises at People’s Bar & Grill, 2430 Lincoln Way, Saturday. She pleaded guilty and was fined $180.

*Jennifer C. Guddall, 21, 2519 Knapp Hall, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication at the Pizza Pit, 207 1/2 Welch Ave., Saturday. She was released on a citation.

*Chad A. Weltha, 21, Story City, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension at the 100 block of Welch Avenue, Saturday. He was released on a $650 bond.

*Magnus Jakobson, 29, 902 Pinon Drive, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication at the 100 block of Welch Avenue, Saturday. He was released on a citation.

*Corey J. Chambers, 20, 205 Dotson Drive, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in Lot 61, Saturday. He was released on a citation.

*Daniel F. Schultz, 20, 1319 Roosevelt Ave., was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated on Duff Avenue, Saturday. He was taken to Story County Jail.

*Dorothy Ausborn, 20, 1300 Gateway Hills, was arrested on a charge of being a minor on the premises at Thumbs Limited, 2816 West St., Saturday. She was later released.

*Sarah Luedtk, 20, Warren, Minn., was arrested on a charge of being a minor on the premises at Lumpy’s, 2428 Lincoln Way, Saturday. She was later released.

*Jacob Hansen, 18, 201 Gray Ave., was arrested on a charge of being a minor on the premises at Lumpy’s, 2428 Lincoln Way, Saturday. He was later released.

*Todd Potts, 20, 201 Gray Ave., was arrested on a charge of being a minor on the premises at Lumpy’s, 2428 Lincoln Way, Saturday. He was later released.

*David N. Chase, Jr., 22, 207 South 5th St., was arrested on a warrant for theft at the Campus Book Store, 2300 Lincoln Way, Saturday. He was released on a $650 bond.

*Jerry K. Pepper, 42, 575 West St., was cited for shoplifting two cassette tapes from Cub Foods, 3121 Grand Ave., Saturday.

*Neely Autry, 19, 1259 Knapp Hall, was arrested on a charge of being a minor on the premises at the Main Attraction, 127 Main St., Sunday. He was later released.

*Bryan M. Gottman, 19, 1300 Coconino Road, was arrested on a charge of being a minor on the premises at People’s Bar & Grill, 2430 Lincoln Way, Sunday.

*Michael P. McCabe, 20, Roland, was cited for public urination at Blondie’s, 520 Duff Ave., Sunday.

*Lavell E. Amous, 19, 7423 Willow Hall, was arrested on a warrant for theft at the Sports Page, 2801 Grand Ave., Sunday. He was released on a $650 bond.

*Phyllis J. Miles, 37, Boone, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated at Mortensen Road and Elwood Drive, Sunday. She was released on a $670 bond.

*A. B. Jackson, 33, Marshalltown, was arrested on a charge of harassing a public official at the Ames City Hall, 515 Clark St., and arrested on a warrant for trespassing at 913 Kellogg Ave., Sunday. He was released on a $165 bond.

*Michelle D. Calderson, 33, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for serious assault at the Corner Pocket, 125 Main St., Sunday. She was released on a $120 bond.

*Reece R. Stack, 22, 420 East 7th St., was arrested on a charge of burglary, Wednesday. He was later released.
