The Iowa State Department of Public Safety said Wednesday that it is investigating a sexual assault report on campus.

A 19-year-old student reported to DPS that she was sexually assaulted Sunday, Oct. 8, at about 1 a.m. According to DPS records, the assault took place in Willow Hall. No weapons were involved. The woman reported to DPS that she knew both assailants prior to the assault.

No other details were available by Wednesday afternoon.
