A Des Moines man was arrested Friday and charged with sexually abusing an Iowa State student.

Joseph Edward Ogden, 19, allegedly sexually abused a female ISU student in a residence hall Aug. 20. Ogden, who is not an ISU student, reportedly knew the victim before the incident. Ogden was arrested by Des Moines Police on a charge of third degree sexual abuse.
