This week’s winner in the Cy’s Eyes picks of the week is Matt Richards. Matt correctly picked seven out of the eight games and was closest in the tiebreaker with 64 points.

This week’s games are as follows: Iowa at Ohio State, Michigan State at Wisconsin, Nebraska at Colorado, USC at Washington, Kansas at Kansas State, Auburn at Arkansas, Drake at San Diego and Oklahoma State at Iowa State.
