Artists Galore
The Octagon’s Third Annual Community of Artist’s Exhibition will be on exhibit Sept. 10 through Jan. 7, 1996 on the Third Floor Auditorium/Gallery.
Artists 18 years old and over are associated with The Octagon in many ways, including: members, staff, teachers and students.
Entries were juried from actual pieces submitted by the artists. This year’s juror was Carol Prusa, an artist and Assistant Professor in the College of Design at Iowa State.
A public opening and reception for the artists, jurors, guests and community will be held in The Octagon’s Third Floor Auditorium Sept. 10 from 2-4 p.m. At the reception the juror will present an informal talk, “A Few Comments from the Juror about the Exhibit.”
