The following information was provided by the Ames Police Department. All suspects are innocent unless proven guilty:

*Joseph J. Niederkofler, 41, 1028 Mesa Verde Place, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Thursday. He was later released on a $7,500 bond.

*Jerome L. Nelson, 34, 309 Colorado Circle, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, Thursday. He was later cited and released.

*Neal J. Combs, 60, Rochester, Minn., was arrested on charge of public intoxication, Thursday. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 15 days in jail.

*Sonja J Schenkemyer, 20, 2527 Hunt St., was cited as a minor on the premises at Whiskey River, 132 Main St., Thursday.

*Stephen R. Simons, 19, Clive, was cited for underage possession of alcohol on the 300 block of Welch Avenue, Thursday.

*Cameron L. Knight, 19, 1201 Office Park Road, was cited for underage possession of alcohol on the 300 block of Welch Avenue, Thursday.

*Andrew J. Nelson, 18, Clive, was cited for underage possession of alcohol on the 300 Block of Welch Avenue, Thursday.

*William J. Maurermann, 20, 325 Welch Ave., was cited for underage possession of alcohol on the 400 block of Welch Avenue, Thursday.

*Christopher T. Erixon, 19, 325 Welch Ave., was cited for underage possession of Alcohol on the 400 block of Welch Avenue, Thursday.

*Jennifer K. Owen, 20, 210 N. Hyland Ave., was cited for underage possession of alcohol on the 400 block of Welch Avenue, Thursday.

*Dean M. Orcutt, 24, 215 1/2 Lynn Ave., was cited for loud music at Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, 2121 Sunset Drive, Thursday.

*Richard A. Hubbard, 20, 124 Welch Ave., was arrested on charge of possession of a controlled substance at 409 Duff Ave., Friday.

*Andrew W. O’Dear, 19, 218 Ash Ave., was cited for underage possession of alcohol on the corner of Ash Avenue and Knapp Street, Friday.

*Marguerite M. Mcphereson, 19, 703 Grand Ave., was cited as a minor on the premises at Winston’s Rock and Roll Saloon, 126 Welch Ave., Friday.

*Lindsay A. Tomich, 19, 2403 Wilson Hall, was cited for underage possession of alcohol on Gable Lane, Friday.

*Christopher P. Gartflos, 19, 140 Lynn Ave., was cited for underage possession of alcohol on Gable Lane, Friday.

*Randall L. Johnson, 40, 516 N. Dakota Ave., was arrested on charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Friday. He was released to Story County authorities.

*Lia Giakalos, 26, Eagan, Minn., was arrested on charge of prostitution at 520 Duff Ave., Saturday. She was cited and released.

*Ian M. Pieper, 19, 1463 Helser Hall, was arrested on charge of solicitation of prostitution at 520 Duff Ave., Saturday. He was later cited and released.

*Joseph J. Niederkofler, 42, 1028 Mesa Verde Place, was arrested on charge of parole violation, Friday. He was later released on a $7,500 bond.

*Jeffery L. Wold, 42, 1225 Kellogg Ave., was arrested on charge of public intoxication at the Tip-Top Lounge, 201 Lincoln Way, Friday.

*Christopher J. Sandmeier, 21, 319 Walnut Ave., was arrested on charge of public intoxication on the 200 block of Welch Avenue, Friday. He was later released on a citation.

*Darin W. Hage, 21, 201 N. Franklin Ave., was arrested on charge of public intoxication at Lumpy’s, 2428 Lincoln Way, Friday. He was later released on a $1200 bond.

*Patrick B. Ebeling, 22, Bloomington, Minn., was arrested on charge of public intoxication, Friday. He was later released by the judge.

*Melissa K. Albert, 21, 815 1/2 Carroll Ave., was arrested on charge of public intoxication, Saturday. He was later cited and released.

*Farrel C. Miller, 18, 1318 Larch Hall, was arrested on charge of public intoxication, Friday. He was later cited and released.

*Heather M. Claus, 22, 1226 Carroll Ave., was cited for theft at Save U More Foods, 538 Duff Ave., Saturday. She was later released.

*Virgil T. Donovan, 40, 719 Meadow Place, was arrested on charge of domestic assault, Saturday. He was later released.

*Gary A. Buelt, 30, Fort Dodge, was arrested on charge of public intoxication, Saturday. He was later released on bond.

*Shannon J. Westbrook, 23, Story City, was arrested on charge of driving under suspension, Saturday. She was later cited and released.
