To the Editor:

Regarding the plans for the “juice bar” in Campustown: This is not about the Constitution or economic development. We already know we have the right to establish a “juice bar” if we want to.

I’m just surprised we want to.

When dancing nude is an economic opportunity for women, we need to look at the worth of women in our community. You’ve got to wonder about a community that honors the memory of Carrie Chapman Catt on the other hand and builds a “juice bar” in the shadow of her memorial.

Looks like we’re still in Darwin’s waiting room…
