The following incidents were reported by the Ames Police Department. All suspects are innocent unless proven guilty:

*Danielle R. Pickett, 20, 129 Welch Ave. #7, was cited and released on a charge of shoplifting at Target, 620 Lincoln Way, Tuesday.

*Todd Slezak, 21, 224 Ash Ave., was cited for 68 decibels Wednesday.

*Lawrence O. Daniel, 21, 1215 Carroll Ave., was arrested on contempt of warrants at 4004 Lincoln Swing #7 on Tuesday. He was later released on $325 bond.

*Robert M. Bendbow, 51, 4112 Westbrook Drive, was arrested on charges of public intoxication and trespassing at 620 Garnet Drive on Tuesday. He pleaded not guilty and was released.

*Jeremy J. Klemm, 21, of Des Moines, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated at Knapp Street and Ash Avenue. He was later released on $650 bail.

*Eric C. Berry, 22, of Peach Tree City, Ga., was arrested on a charge of public intoxication at McDonalds, 217 Welch Ave, Tuesday. He was fined and released.

*Eric A. Weaver, 20, of Omaha, Neb., was arrested on two counts of simple assault Wednesday. He was fined $180 and released.
