The following incidents were reported by the Ames Police Department. All suspects are innocent unless proven guilty:

*Andrew J. Ross, 20, 1316 S. Duff Ave. #39, was cited and released on a charge of being on the premises underage at Cy’s Roost, 121 Welch Ave., Tuesday.

*Gary L. Knott, 52, of Des Moines, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication in the 200 block of Kellogg Avenue, Tuesday. He was fined and later released.

*A.B. Jackson, 32, of Mississippi, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated at 202 Lincoln Way Tuesday. He was fined and later released.

*Ivan J. Burkheimer, 24, 111 N. Sherman Ave., was arrested on a charge of violation of probation Monday. He was later taken to the Story County Jail.

*Steven O. Clark, 39, 3012 Grove Ave., was arrested on a charge of simple domestic abuse at 2222 Prairie View East Monday. He was released on $165 bond and given a no contact order.
