The following incidents were reported by the Ames Police Department. All suspects are innocent unless proven guilty:

*Christian R. Elliott, 25, of Ogden, was arrested Tuesday on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, driving under suspension and possession of a controlled substance in the 100 block of Stanton Avenue. He was later released by a judge.

*Daryl E. Branch, 25, 243 N. Sheldon Ave., was arrested Wednesday on charges of domestic abuse assault. He was later released.

*Treyla M. Lee, 24, 243 N. Sheldon Ave., was arrested Wednesday on charges of domestic abuse assault. She was later released.

*Jason L. Lawrence, 20, of Collins, was cited and released on a charge of possession of alcohol underage at Big Earl’s Goldmine, 520 Duff Ave.

*Bethany J. Kephart, 20, 1011 Kellogg Ave., was cited and released Saturday on a charge of being on the premises underage at Cy’s Roost, 121 Welch Ave.

*Nicole L. Wagner, 20, 4300 Westbrook #32, was cited and released on a charge of being on the premises of Tazzles, 126 Welch Ave., Saturday.

*Gary A. Miller, 42, of Carroll, was arrested on charges of public intoxication at the 400 block of Duff Ave., Friday. He was later released.

*Charles M. Conroy, 36, of Carol Stream, Ill., was arrested Friday at 2650 Lincoln Way on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. He was later released on $1,200 bail.

*Walter S. Trahanovsky Jr., 26, 2901 Oakland St., was arrested on a charge of public intoxication at Tazzles, Friday. He was later released on $300 bail.

*Randy J. Silverthorn, 35, 1725 Burnett Ave., was arrested Thursday at 120 Lincoln Way on a Polk County OWI warrant. He was later taken to the Story County Jail.

*Eric D. Stevens, 28, 206 State Ave., was arrested on a warrant Thursday at the intersection of Lincoln Way and Marshall Avenue. He was later released on $200 bail.

*Shannon R. Powell, 24, of Nevada, was arrested Thursday at the 100 block of Second Street on a charge of domestic abuse. He was later released on $200 bail.

*Thomas S. Caraway, 25, of Maxwell, was arrested Sunday on the 800 block of 20th Street on charges of driving under suspension. He was later released on citation.

*James G. Fenske, 44, of rural Goodfield, was arrested Sunday at Cyclone Truckstop on charges of public intoxication. He was later released on $65 bail.

*Scott M. Anderson, 32, 35A Schilletter Village, was arrested Saturday on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. He was later released on $1,200 bail.

*Shaun S. Sonnenburg, 21, of Des Moines, was arrested Wednesday on a domestic abuse warrant. He was later taken to the Story County Jail.

*Rhonda L. Bennett, 27, 207 South Fifth St., was arrested Thursday on a charge of fourth degree criminal mischief. He was later taken to the Story County Jail.

*Edward L. Showers, 61, 2812 Lincoln Way, was arrested Thursday on a charge of public intoxication. He was fined and later released.

*James C. Magie, 18, 1211 Stafford Ave., was arrested Friday on a charge of violating probation. He was later taken to the Story County Jail.

*Michael J. Brendeland, 25, 1426 24th St., was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and prohibited acts. He was later taken to the Story County Jail.
