Twitter reacts: Hakeem Butler’s first quarter performance against Kansas

LAWRENCE, Kansas — Redshirt junior wide receiver Hakeem Butler had quite the first quarter against Kansas on Saturday.

By the 6:59 mark of the first quarter, Butler had two catches for 134 yards and two touchdowns.

His first catch was an 83-yard reception. Butler caught the ball around the Iowa State 40-yard line and bolted to the house for a touchdown.

His next catch went for 51 yards after Butler caught the ball over a defender’s head and pushed his way into the end zone.
