An “undisclosed number” of firearms were stolen from Theisen’s Home Farm Auto of Ames at approximately 5:07 a.m. Tuesday morning, according to a news release from the Ames Police Department.
The officers arrived at 1315 S Dayton Ave. and found the front doors “smashed” and anyone with information is being asked to call the Ames Police Department at (515) 239-5133 or the anonymous tip line (515) 239-5533.
