Needing a spark, Iowa State’s offense relied on redshirt junior wide receiver Hakeem Butler.
Redshirt sophomore quarterback Zeb Noland threaded the needle, completing a pass downfield to Butler. After the catch, Butler threw multiple Oklahoma defenders off him en route Iowa State’s first touchdown of the season.
