The Cyclones’ sophomore guard Lindell Wigginton will continue his busy summer in August, Iowa State announced Tuesday.

Wigginton will attend the 2018 Nike Guard Academy from Aug. 8-12. The camp will be held in Thousand Oaks, California at The Sports Academy.

Before that, though, he’ll be one of 20 guards attending the Chris Paul Elite Guard Camp in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The camp will take place from Aug. 1-4.

This news comes nearly a month after Wigginton withdrew from the NBA Draft process to return to Iowa State for his sophomore season. Wigginton had a strong freshman season, averaging 16.7 points per game to go with 3.7 rebounds and 2.8 assists.

Wigginton is not playing in the Cap City League this season, but he has been at Valley High watching his teammates both weekends.
