The first day of play at The Prestige has been cancelled due to windy conditions.

Teams were scheduled to tee off Monday morning at 7:30, but wind speeds were too high to play in, so the tournament went through many postponements.

After an hour and a half of waiting around, the decision was made that the first round of golf would be cancelled. With two more rounds to be played, the action is now scheduled to start on Tuesday at 7:30 a.m.

Starting a day later means less golf for each team. There will not be a makeup round. Instead of playing 18 holes a day for three days, each team will play eighteen holes a day for two days.
