Many Iowa State athletes and organizations are honoring Martin Luther King Jr. Day through tweets, remembering MLK and the movement he stood for.

This MLK day is especially significant for the Iowa State football team, as the team traveled to Memphis for the 2017 AutoZone Liberty Bowl and visited the National Civil Rights Museum located at the Lorraine Motel where King was murdered in 1968.
