This is the year for a number of fashion comebacks. The year of stylish, weird, and unique trends has already gotten off to quite the start. The Huffington Post touches on a few of these trends that can be found around town already, or are forecasted to make an appearance later on in the year.

Berets– This classic hat, originally from a completely different era is here to stay; at least for the year 2018 anyway. It is a stylish, lightweight addition to any outfit. Another plus? You can opt into this fashion forward movement while still not breaking the bank 

Statement earrings– This is an exciting trend to see that will be sticking around in year 2018. From oversized hoops, to dangly metal jewels and everything in between, statement earrings are an easy way to add the final touch to almost any outfit.

Trousers– This wide leg, comfort pleasing pant has been resurfacing for awhile now, but it looks like this is the year it will not only stay in fashion, but it will also expand. Now you can find anything from trouser cropped pants to trouser jumpsuits. This is the year for the trouser pant! 

Fur/ teddy coats– While not only being the most cozy thing to cuddle up in, these are also incredibly fashion forward and easy to incorporate into a wardrobe.

Corduroy– Corduroy is already surfacing everywhere this year! This textured fabric, which is similar to velvet, adds the perfect amount of uniqueness and style to an outfit. Corduroy can be found in pieces such as pants, jumpers, jackets, and dresses.
