Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
October 15, 2017
When carving pumpkins this season, don’t toss those seeds away! Roast them in your oven for a quick, healthy and delicious seasonal snack. By combining simple spices, you can bring a variety of flavors to the pumpkin seeds.
After carving your pumpkin, separate the flesh from the seeds as much as possible. Place the seeds in a strainer and rinse with cold water removing any pulp and fibers. Spread the pumpkin seeds on a towel and pat dry.
