Iowa State football shows off new helmet logo
Iowa State launched their new helmet logos before their Big 12 opener against Texas Sept. 28, 2017.

Thursday night can make for a historical night, especially at Jack Trice and national television surrounding the game.
With Thursday night comes new changes.
Including new helmet logos.

The Iowa State football team is showing off a new logo on its helmets. The logo is the shape of a Cyclone with gold outline and a cardinal color in the background.
These helmet logos are different compared to the original logos with the big “I” and smaller “State” that the team usually wears on gamedays.
