The Big 12 revealed the men’s basketball conference regular season schedule this afternoon and Iowa State has winter break plans.

The Big 12 regular season starts on December 29, 2017 for the Cyclones as they take on the Wildcats of Kansas State. Iowa State went 12-6 in conference play before winning the Big 12 Tournament in Kansas City last March.

Iowa State will play each team twice, both home and away, for a total of 18 conference games. After the regular season, the Big 12 will head down to Kansas City for the Big 12 Tournament at the Sprint Center. The tournament is from March 7, 2018 to March 10, 2018.

Besides playing conference games from the end of December to early March, Iowa State plays Tennessee on January 27, 2018 for the Big 12/SEC Challenge weekend.

The Iowa State athletic department already released the non-conference schedule earlier this month. Times for the Big 12 regular season will be determined at a later time.
