The Puerto Rico Tip-Off bracket was announced today, and Iowa State found out its first round matchup.

The Cyclones will take on Appalachian State in the quarterfinals of the 8-team tournament on November 16 at 4:30 p.m. The game will be aired on ESPNU.

If Iowa State wins its first game, it will face the winner of Tulsa and Western Michigan in the semifinals.

The other half of the bracket includes 2017 Final Four participant South Carolina. If Iowa State and South Carolina each win their first two games, they will play each other for the championship game on November 19.
