Week three reflections: Olympia Manning

I think exercise definitely helped my physical health and it helped my happiness temporarily. That sort of thing doesn’t last too long. Maybe it’d help if I made it a habit. I don’t suffer from depression like I thought I did so maybe it will do something if I continue it.
The only problem is that even this week it was hard for me to find time to get half an hour in, so maybe I will have to start in the summer. I used tae kwon do and dancing as my forms of exercise and those seemed to help. Maybe I just need to do more cardio.
However, given the way I want my body to look, I may want to start lifting. I would like bigger arms. I usually do not have any motivation to do so, though. However, my mom started rock climbing and other forms of working out so maybe I can do that with her.
