Week three reflections: Davis Hall

Monday: I played an extra 45 minutes of basketball tonight. It felt really great to play extra and get more of that energy out before I go to bed. It’s relieving since it’s always a place I can go to to get my mind off other matters.
Tuesday: I ran an extra 15 minutes than I would usually do. Couldn’t really get that 30 because I started cramping up, but I felt good getting out and running even though it was drizzling on me a bit.
Wednesday: I did not exercise.
Thursday: I did not exercise.
Friday: I went and played basketball an extra hour than I usually would. It as very refreshing after not exercising for two days and was a really great way of ending the school week doing what I love most: breaking everyone else’s ankles.
