Week two reflections: Davis Hall

So doing this activity was really weird, and being honest, I don’t think that it did anything for me. It was peaceful to meditate, but in the morning that means I have to get up 10 minutes earlier than usual and that honestly kills me on the inside.

Ahead of time, I thought that the activity would be something that would just bring me more peace of mind and would help me greatly throughout the week. However, it didn’t do anything for me really.

I had difficulties throughout the week in which I had exams and some important meetings at work learning how to function new accounting processes, but it didn’t really make me feel any different than I would have otherwise.

Throughout the difficulties that I faced throughout the week, though, I was in a good mood for the most part throughout and there wasn’t really any change in my demeanor than from any other week with meditation.
